There are a few ways to contact Sister Montgomery during her mission.
Before May 27 (ish), 2013
She will be in the Provo Missionary Training Center for the first two months of her mission, during which you should address mail and packages to the following address:

After May 27 (ish), 2013
If you would like to send mail or packages directly to the mission office in Ukraine, you may use the following address (exactly as written):

An easier option, however, is to use pouch mail. You can do this most conveniently at www.dearelder.com. Or you write letters that use a single sheet of paper, folded into three panels, and taped at the top only, and send them to the following address:

Salt Lake City, UT 84130-0150
The people in Salt Lake will then compile all the letters and send them in a single pouch to the different missions. It's typically quicker and cheaper to correspond via pouch mail. If you're confused about how to send a letter this way, you can read more here (page 1 and page 2).
